Local artists gave a self-service car wash in Phoenix an artistic makeover in late 2011. Muralists Lalo Cota and Angel Diaz collaborated to revamp the car wash at Seventh Avenue and Roosevelt Street.
Cota may paint another car wash in the future as a part of the Calle 16 project.
