Republican, Democratic and independent candidates for Arizona governor took the stage at Central High School Tuesday in a forum discussing some of the most divisive topics facing the state today, including immigration, education and corporate welfare.
Phoenix's celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 kicked off Friday with the unveiling of a mural at downtown's Burton Barr Central Library. The event recognized the artist and the historical figures and events featured in the mural.
