Upscale, urban-style apartments coming to Fillmore Street and Seventh Avenue

A release by the Business Real Estate Weekly of Arizona announced that new apartment buildings will be built in a lot on the corner of Seventh Avenue and Fillmore Street. A broker for the real-estate developer associated with the new units said the apartments will range from $800 to $1,400 a month.
