The fee is not so much a necessity as an accommodation to the needs of our student community. The Downtown campus, a once distinctly modestly-sized branch of ASU, is now promptly on its way to becoming a booming poster child for the ASU community.
The number of students enrolled at the Downtown campus, now in its fourth year, increased by more than 3,000 students from 2008 to 2009, an ASU official said.
The community kitchen, located left of management’s office, opened Thursday and is available to Taylor Place residents twenty-four hours a day and during holidays free of charge, a Taylor Place official said.
