Cultural center plans to build library downtown to promote Irish heritage

Organizers of the Irish Cultural Learning Foundation in Phoenix plan to begin construction Sunday, Feb. 13, on a three-story library designed to resemble an Irish castle adjacent to the rest of the Irish Cultural Center at 1106 N. Central Ave.
