Phoenix is now home to a Canadian investment firm VA Angels. Local entrepreneurs such as those at CO+HOOTS and Seed Spot say the new firm will help create more capital and other reasons for businesses to stay in Phoenix.
The highly-anticipated Containers on Grand project received its final approval this month. Kathleen Santin, marketing director and one of the partners, said she hopes the apartments will be ready for move-in by June 1.
