Journalism speakers discuss current struggles covering government; lack of transparency

U of A announces partnership with labs to provide students with synthetic cadavers

Students attending the U of A College of Medicine -- Phoenix are about to receive more realistic synthetic cadavers thanks to a partnership between the school and Florida-based cadaver manufacturer SynDaver Labs. Second round of meetings on Adams Street replanning gather officials, community

Phoenix city officials and community members gathered to give feedback on the Adams Street Activation Study that proposes a restructure of the street from Second Street to Central Avenue. The final report, compiled by architectural firm Gensler, will be presented to City Council in October.

Year-long study to determine viability of Adams Street pedestrian mall

The city of Phoenix is moving forward with a study that would determine the effectiveness of a pedestrian mall on Adams Street between Second Street and Central Avenue. The city council has allocated $73,060 for one year of consulting with the architectural firm Gensler for the Adams Street Activation Study.
