"Write On, Downtown" is a journal published once a year featuring writing and other creative works from students on ASU's Downtown Phoenix campus. This issue had over 250 submissions.
The Central City Village Planning Committee discussed active projects in City Council District Seven, including the Hance Park master plan, street improvement projects and other development proposals at their meeting Monday.
The city council heard how the street transportation department is educating the public about bike safety. Also, veterans could see free or reduced public transportation fare in the next few years.
The New City Church in Phoenix exceeded its goal for the “100K in 30 Days” fundraiser that ended March 16, a campaign that provided funding for them to move to a new location in downtown Phoenix from its current home in midtown.
