Hotel San Carlos says au revoir to Bonjour Vietnam, hello to restaurant Rice Paper

After closing Bonjour Vietnam two months ago, restaurant owner Lan Tran has opened a restaurant in the same location at Hotel San Carlos under the name Rice Paper, the second location for that concept.
