Arizona Students’ Association met on Thursday at the Wells Fargo Student Center to discuss membership and prepare for a march on the Arizona State Capitol.
A section of First Street adjacent to the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism was blocked off on Wednesday by the production of “Maneater,” a four-hour Lifetime Original Miniseries, as the Sony Pictures Television production rented the school for filming.
On Feb. 4 at least 18 uniformed sheriff’s deputies, armed and armored, stood outside the Durango Jail waiting to escort more than 200 undocumented immigrants to their new quarters in their own part of Tent City.
