After almost a year, Circle K is continuing its push for development of a news store and gas station on the southeast corner of Seventh and Roosevelt streets and renewing its liquor license and use permit applications. Some community members claim the company has not effectively communicated with them, so they are hesitant to support the construction.
ASU officials presented the latest plans for the university’s new law school building, called the Arizona Center for Law and Society, on the Downtown Phoenix campus at several community and city meetings over the past week. The opening of the new building is planned for 2016.
