The sixth annual Ladies on Fire event took place at the Firehouse Gallery on Friday night. The event showcased talents from musicians, poets, comedians, painters, hula-hoop dancers and more.
This Thursday night marked the RAW:natural born artists Phoenix showcase at Monarch Theatre. The line was out the door for the highly anticipated event that brought together different mediums of art including photography, fashion, music, film, make-up, performance and visual art.
I walked around the area for a while, looking for a spot that showed off the city and the "Her Secret is Patience" sculpture. Patience was also my secret as I waited for the light rail to come by and give me a good shot.
