Taylor Place plans to convert some of their empty retail space along East Taylor Street into an area for additional socialization called the Devil’s Den and open it Aug. 1, Taylor Place officials said.

Most Taylor Place residents would only be awake at 4:30 in the morning if they were still awake from the night before. But for a small group of ASU female athletes, this is when their alarm goes off signaling that it is time to wake up.

The alarm that woke up many of Taylor Place’s residents around 5:30 a.m. Friday morning was most likely set off by a prank, a Taylor Place official said Monday.

Students this Saturday will have the opportunity to decorate a pair of TOMS shoes in order to raise awareness for the TOMS movement and connect with local media outlets.

The tables were set and the sun was out. The only thing missing from the Downtown ASU campus’ Earth Day celebration was, well, the celebration.
