Local nonprofit organization Arizona Citizens Action for the Arts received a $50,000 grant in late February to help bolster the bond between Phoenix businesses and the arts through a community outreach program.

Golden Rule Tattoo is expanding its store to allow a more accommodating and spacious atmosphere for the artists. The shop is extending its 400-square-foot space, located near Roosevelt Street and Central Avenue, into the vacant building west of it.
