The grand opening of Table Tops Etc. will be Sept. 6 to coincide with the First Fridays artwalk, owner Melissa Lewis said. However, the store moved into its downtown Phoenix location on Seventh Street, between Garfield and McKinley streets, on July 1.

Students returning to downtown Phoenix this fall are coming back to a slew of changes to both the ASU campus and surrounding community. The Downtown Devil staff compiled a list of some of the most notable changes.

There are less than a dozen Downtown ASU students still living in the Westin Phoenix Downtown as of Wednesday night, but the short stay still caused some students to feel disconnected from their classmates.
