Lunch Unplugged offers free music at Civic Space Park

A new weekly lunchtime concert series launched Thursday at the Civic Space and will continue for 14 weeks.

Over 100 float entries participated in the Veterans Day Parade on Wednesday with a theme of “Home of the Free Because of the Brave.” The march started at the Carl T. Hayden Veterans Affairs Medical Center on North Seventh Street and continued more than two miles west on East Camelback Road and north on North Central Avenue.

Around 30 community members and guests made an appearance at the event where there were multiple interactive activities for those in attendance, live musical performances, and several local artist exhibitions.
