
For those who want to celebrate Halloween a few days early, the second annual Crawloween Pub Crawl is taking place Oct. 26 from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m.
Spread over seven different bars, Crawloween will offer those who attend drink specials, live music and a number of chances to win prizes at different costume contests.
Tickets for the event can be purchased online ahead of time for $5, or there will also be same day registration at Chambers, a bar located between McKinley and Pierce on First streets. Same day tickets are $10 each and available from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m.
Paz Cantina
330 E. Roosevelt St.
Located on Roosevelt Row, Paz Cantina is a Mexican restaurant and bar that offers the downtown community genuine Mexican food and craft cocktails. Drink specials for the night include $4 margaritas and two different mystery shots that will be $3 each.
The two costume contests of the night will be at 10 p.m. and midnight, and winners will each receive a $50 Paz Cantina gift card. Music by DJ Fuego will start at 10 p.m.
Chambers
705 N. First St.
Chambers is a bohemian whiskey lounge and kitchen that serves a variety of specialty whiskeys, beers and cocktails in addition to a selection of lunch and dinner entrees. Drink specials for the night will include $3 shots and $4 draft beers.
The prize for the winner of the costume contest is a $25 Chambers gift card.
Seamus McCaffrey’s Irish Pub and Restaurant
18 W. Monroe St.
Seamus McCaffrey’s offers a variety of whiskey, cocktails and food items such as the traditional fish and chips dish. Drink specials for the night include $5 apple pie shots and $4 Four Peaks Sunbru beers.
The winner of its costume contest will receive a giant bottle of Casillero del Diablo Cabernet wine with the Phoenix Rising Football Club logo on it. Live music starts at 9:30 p.m.
Copper Blues Rock Pub & Kitchen
50 W. Jefferson St.
Located in CityScape, Copper Blues offers more than 60 beers on tap and live music. Drink specials for the night include specialty pumpkin pie shots.
For their costume contest, the winner will receive a $100 gift card to Copper Blues, two tickets for a Stand Up Live comedy club show, a free appetizer card, and a two-for-one drinks card. Second place will receive a $50 gift card to Copper Blues and the appetizer and third place will receive just the two complimentary appetizer and drinks cards.
Live music starts at 6:30 p.m. and a DJ hops on the speakers from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.
The Churchill
901 N. First St.
If you are looking for an open courtyard area to sit down and enjoy some food and drink, the Churchill offers just that. Located on First and Garfield Streets, the establishment offers a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops to visit.
The two bars located inside the courtyard include Brill Line, which will offer $4 Corona Extras for the event, and So Far, So Good, which will offer $5 zombie shots, a classic rum cocktail recipe.
The Kettle Black Kitchen & Pub
1 N. First St.
Marked by bright red entry doors, Kettle Black is a tavern-style kitchen and pub located on First and Washington streets. For the drink specials of the night, they will have Jameson Caskmates whiskey for $7, shots for $5, and the Four Peaks Pumpkin Porter beer.
The costume contest starts at around 10 p.m.
Floor 13 Rooftop Bar
15 E. Monroe St.
Located on the 13th floor of the Hilton Garden Inn, the Floor 13 Rooftop Bar is the perfect place to enjoy a view of downtown Phoenix’s skyline. Drink specials for the night include two different Halloween punch drinks, the El Diablo and the Radioactive Punch, for $7 each.
They will also have candy-themed shots for $5, as well as $1 off all specialty drinks for Crawloween participants.
For their costume contest prize, they will give away a suite at the Hilton Garden Inn as well as a $100 food and beverage gift card for use at the bar.
