Hosts Jayson Chesler and Miguel Otarola were joined by Domenico Nicosia and Alex Scoville to discuss the community reaction to Lawn Gnome Publishing’s robbery. Discussion points included the impact of the robbery and the recovery effort. The hosts also discussed what the process proves about small businesses in the downtown arts community.
The 10-hour concert held at the Trunk Space “Oh My God! My Body! My Ears!” was discussed. The concert featured a variety of takes on classical music, including more contemporary and experimental sessions.
February’s Third Friday events were previewed, including multiple gallery events. Cover the Crescent — five acts covering iconic bands at the Crescent Ballroom — was among the concerts previewed.
