The Phoenix Public Library is starting a series of virtual interactive workshops! This 6-week course that meets 2.5 hours each week is for people who are living with chronic conditions and get advice/tips on how to improve and control pain areas.
**Class materials are approved by health professionals and physicians at Stanford University.
