Fiesta Phoenix 2010 was an event on Oct. 16 and 17 celebrating Hispanic achievements and contributions to American society, located at First Avenue and Jefferson Street.
Attendees were able to enjoy everything from mariachi bands to ballet folklorico (a type of ballet infused with music, dance and costumes reflecting historical Hispanic culture) to live lucha libre wrestling.
