Recommended if you like: high art, “Behind the Music,” cultural perspective
For Artlink’s second monthly collectors’ tour, the bar has been significantly raised. The guided bus tour this time features a guide, veteran Phoenix art and architecture critic Robrt Pela, who will provide perspective on all the night’s festivities. Among the stops are the venerable Bentley Gallery (just settling into its new downtown digs), monOrchid (complete with new curator Justin Germain), and Willo North Gallery, curated by Pela himself. At each stop, the artists themselves will explain their work to the gathered crowds, offering an intimate look at creation and presentation.
