More than 6,000 people walked the streets of Phoenix on Sunday for the Aunt Rita’s AIDS Walk raising more than $300,000 to benefit those who have been affected by HIV and AIDS.

The Arizona School of the Arts will debut a play this weekend that they commissioned from local playwright Dwayne Hartford. A grant from the Arizona Commission on the Arts made the project possible.
