Despite record rainfall in the past few weeks, Phoenix is still in the middle of a drought. The city's water department presented multiple water use and conservation plans available to the city.

Tito Munoz, at 31, is young for a Phoenix Symphony music director -- but his depth of experience, both with conducting from a young age and playing violin in an orchestra himself, led to his role conducting the symphony today.
