Local First Arizona and the city of Phoenix hosted the adaptive reuse discussion for people who are new to the adaptive reuse game as well as those already involved to share project ideas and spark conversation.

The planters lining Lower Grand Avenue following last fall's streetscape project will soon get a makeover by local artists. The Grand Avenue Members' Association is organizing community members and artists to decorate and maintain the gray planters.
