The holiday season is here, and with it is the spirit of giving back. Downtown Phoenix residents interested in helping those less fortunate for Thanksgiving can go to the Human Services Campus, St. Mary's or the downtown YMCA to donate food, funds or time.

The final Downtown Devil Discussions event of the semester focused on how effective transportation throughout Phoenix is as well as how often the different modes of transportation are used compared to one another.

Phoenix was one of few cities to earn a score of 100 on the Municipal Equality Index, which is maintained by the Human Rights Campaign, and was also named one of the most-improved cities for LGBT rights in 2013.

From 12 months to one week before a performance, Arizona theater companies go through many motions to make a show happen, starting with figuring out the upcoming year's schedule and ending with everyone working together in real time.

The gallery and studio on Second and Adams streets promotes cultural communication through art. It also holds free events and rents out space in order to expose Latino culture and education.
