Phoenix city officials and community members gathered to give feedback on the Adams Street Activation Study that proposes a restructure of the street from Second Street to Central Avenue. The final report, compiled by architectural firm Gensler, will be presented to City Council in October.
ASU raises student U-Pass prices due to increases in Valley Metro fares
To offset the rise in fare by Valley Metro, ASU student U-Pass prices have increased by $50. The student U-Passes are still cheaper than both the ASU Employee Platinum Pass and the non-subsidized local pass.

The grand opening of Table Tops Etc. will be Sept. 6 to coincide with the First Fridays artwalk, owner Melissa Lewis said. However, the store moved into its downtown Phoenix location on Seventh Street, between Garfield and McKinley streets, on July 1.
