Occupy Phoenix organizes protest of ALEC, marches through downtown

Members of Occupy Phoenix protested across downtown Phoenix Wednesday against the American Legislative Exchange Council, or ALEC, and corporations associated with it. The event was part of a nationwide protest called F29, an event coordinated by Occupy Portland to raise awareness of ALEC, according to an Occupy Phoenix press release.
