The Arizona Science Center hosted a free bike safety event called Helmet Your Head Bike Safety Awareness Day on Saturday as part of its Body Worlds & the Brain exhibit.

A student at the Walter Cronkite School will be staging a silent protest Thursday on Taylor Mall after a recent conversation she held with a college dean concerning the obstacles Muslim students face in professional journalism careers.

Bernadette Melnyk will take on the roles of associate vice president for health promotion, university chief wellness officer and dean of the College of Nursing at OSU in September. Melnyk said she was not looking to leave ASU when OSU reached out to her.
