Wilderado, indie-rock trio from Tulsa, Okla., and Flipturn, an indie-rock band from Fernandina Beach, Fla., performed at Crescent Ballroom on Monday. The sold-out show in Phoenix was part of a six-week U.S. Wilderado headliner tour that kicked off in February. Later this week, the band duo is headed to Idaho and Washington.
During the Phoenix performance, Flipturn, the show’s opener, played music that is expected to be released on Friday. Wilderado, the show’s headliner, also announced a European tour.
Over the years, Wilderado has toured alongside Lindsey Buckingham and Christine McVie (of Fleetwood Mac), Pete Yorn, Mt. Joy, The 1975 and Rainbow Kitten Surprise.
