It's USGD election season, and the tweets were flying. The Downtown Devil has collected some tweets from this past election season that show the use of social media on both sides.

I have chosen to endorse Alexis Kramer for USGD president, and have joined her team to help her carry out what I believe is an ambitious but feasible agenda for moving USGD in the right direction.

Alexis Kramer's goals include improving the OrgSync system, getting students involved in the Super Bowl and adding charging stations on campus. Frank Smith III's goals include creating a USG scholarship, further addressing the textbook pledge and adding a parking lot shuttle and traffic regulator to improve safety.

The bike co-op program at the Sun Devil Fitness Complex offers tune-ups, repairs, cleaning and inspections for students. It also provides students with training on how to repair their own bikes. Students will soon be able to rent bikes for free for up to seven days at a time.

Undergraduate Student Government Downtown passed a bill to add a $150 athletic fee to tuition. The bill was approved by USGs on West and Polytechnic campuses as well and now moves to President Michael Crow.
