Residents of the downtown area will be seeing a new project surfacing on Roosevelt and First Avenue from a local team of developers who aim at rebuilding the historic Roosevelt district to reflect the culture and lives of its citizens.
The Arizona Science Center and Chipotle are concluding their Chew on This! film and lecture series with the Grow Phoenix Festival. Valley chefs, food trucks and local band Peppermint James will be at the event.
