The Rundown

Last week, many events honored the service of Phoenix veterans — but veterans face many challenges year-round. Hosts Annika Cline and Kevin Fallon discussed the services available for homeless veterans downtown and then spoke with guests about the unique challenges faced by female veterans, showing veterans come from different backgrounds and have different needs after active duty.

Guests:

Downtown Devil staff reporter Amanda LaCasse, who discussed her article on the female veterans discussion panel held at the Walter Cronkite School.

ASU student and U.S. Air Force veteran Sandra Balazic, who served during the Vietnam War.
