Though film today appears to many to be a largely commercial practice, Talk Studios’ Sara Nevels believes sometimes the industry needs to simply get together and expand its creative practice. Through “Between Scenes,” a variety of designers, gaffers, effects artists and others from the film world will show off the true breadth of their skills. The second annual show includes installation, photography and live art, all in the one-of-a-kind Icehouse.
