Yes, you read right: 24 full hours of poetry readings, featured artists and open mic sessions brought to you by the most trusted name in poetry downtown, Lawn Gnome Publishing. Sixteen poets will share their stories through the night, dawn, day and twilight, all hosted by poet David Tabor. If you also want to display your poetry skills, this is the event to do so -- there will be hour-long sessions between featured acts for public readings. Lawn Gnome will host Sister Lip’s EP release party right after the closing ceremonies, so stay for the entire reading to get in for free. Bring a blanket.
