11th Monk3y Industries, a clothing store and open-source workshop, re-opened on Grand Avenue after leaving their Roosevelt Row location. They allow anyone to come and use their facilities to create T-shirts, prints and more.

Project Rising, launched Sept. 25, hopes to accelerate vacant lot activation and combat outward growth in Phoenix. By developing its vacant lots, Project Rising hopes to improve downtown Phoenix economically and environmentally while engaging the community.
